What is ExO consulting?
Exponential Organisations (ExO) is a framework for designing a business that grows faster than its headcount. We use it to redesign your operating model around AI: what your purpose is, what stays in a lean core, and which work agents should do.
We already have an IT team. Why do we need you?
Most in-house IT teams are built for maintenance and support. We come in as a focused AI build team that works with them, so new systems ship without taking your team off the work that keeps the lights on.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Our three AI assessments and their reports are free. A one-hour business consultation costs R1,750 and a one-hour AI consultation costs R2,497, booked online. Build work depends on scope: you get a written roadmap with the cost of each step before you commit to anything.
